The Cozy Foundation: All new clients begin with a Cozy Reset (Deep Clean). This allows us to establish a baseline of excellence before transitioning you to our lower-rate Fresh Reset maintenance plans.

2. The Cozy Reset (Your First Ritual) Every new partnership begins with a Cozy Reset. This is our foundational deep clean where we establish a baseline of excellence, purging "city dust" and urban pollutants using our high-heat steam and HEPA-filter technology.
3. The Sensory Hand-off On the day of your service, you’ll receive a same-day ETA when our team is en route. Whether you’re home to greet us or provide remote access via doorman or lockbox, we handle the rest. You’ll return to a home that has been meticulously polished and finished with our signature aromatherapy.
4. Maintenance & Evolution Once your home is restored, we transition you to The Fresh Reset—our recurring maintenance plan (Weekly or Bi-weekly). This keeps your sanctuary in a constant state of "glow" while you focus on what matters most.

The "Make It Right" Visit: We will send a team member back to your home as soon as possible—at no additional cost to you—to perfect that specific area.
Future Notes: We will add a note to your Client Profile to ensure that specific zone or detail receives extra focus during all your future resets.

We understand that life in the city can be unpredictable. If you need to move your ritual, we are happy to help you find a new time that fits your schedule.
How to reach out: Please notify us via [Email/Text/Portal] as soon as you know your plans have changed.
The 24-Hour Policy: To respect our team’s schedule and ensure we can offer the slot to another client, we require at least 24 hours' notice for all reschedules or cancellations.
The Deposit: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a late-cancellation fee.
Finding a New Date: We will work with you to find the next available opening so you don't have to go too long without your "Sunday Feeling."

Only if you want to be! We are designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, whether you prefer to be present or would rather return home to a completed transformation.
If you choose to be out, you can provide access via:
Doorman or Front Desk: Simply authorize "Easy Like Sunday" with your building’s management.
Secure Lockbox: Leave a key in a designated on-site lockbox.
Digital Access: Provide a one-time or recurring garage, gate, or smart-lock code.
If you choose to be home: We just ask that you give our team the space needed to perform your ritual effectively. Many of our clients work from home in a separate room while we focus on the rest of the sanctuary.
Note: For your peace of mind, all access details are stored securely in your private Client Profile and are only shared with your assigned cleaning lead.
